Terms of service

These terms cover companies using HireFlow, run by ArivuGuru, to recruit.

Your account

You are responsible for who you invite to your workspace and the roles you give them. Owners control retention, AI settings and data requests.

Candidates’ data

You are the controller of your candidates’ data and HireFlow processes it on your behalf. You agree to use it only for recruiting, and to answer candidates’ access and deletion requests within 30 days using the tools provided.

AI features

AI output in HireFlow is a suggestion. You agree not to use it as the sole basis for a hiring decision. HireFlow never rejects a candidate or sends AI-written text on its own.

Plans and billing

The free plan allows 1 active job, 3 users and 200 applicants a month, and runs AI on your own provider key. On the free plan, application data with contact details removed may be used by ArivuGuru to improve HireFlow. Paid plans are invoiced manually.

Acceptable use

Don’t use HireFlow to discriminate unlawfully, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or to try to get around its security.
