What’s new in agHire

Messages on the application page. Every candidate already had an application page. Now it holds a message thread with your HR team. Candidates write there; owners, admins and HR reply from the candidate’s Messages tab. The email a candidate gets carries only a link, never the message, and at most one every 15 minutes. The same page has a “Stop non-essential emails” button.

No reply-to address. Every email comes from agHire’s no-reply address with no reply-to, and every candidate email links the application page. Nothing a candidate says ends up in someone’s personal inbox, and nothing gets lost when a recruiter leaves.

Jobs on your own website. Paste a two-line snippet and your open jobs appear on your site, linking to agHire’s apply pages. When nothing is open it says so, and if agHire can’t be reached it shows a plain link to your careers page. The same list is available as a JSON or RSS feed.

Post this job. Each job now has an apply link per board — Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, foundit, Instahyre, Cutshort, Wellfound — so the source report shows where applicants came from. Careers and job pages are in the sitemap for search engines.

Add candidates you already have. HR can import one resume or up to 100 PDFs, with an optional CSV of names and emails, review what was parsed and any possible duplicates, and only then import. Imports count toward the monthly applicant limit.

Send hires to your HR system. On a hired candidate, send the details to up to five HR email addresses and a signed webhook. Name and contact details always go; you tick which of title, salary, joining date, location and a note go with them. Owners and admins can send, plus the HR users they choose, and every send is recorded.

Several companies, one sign-in. People who hire for more than one company, such as a fractional HR lead, switch between workspaces from the top bar.

AI on your own key, on every plan. Free or paid, you add your own OpenRouter, Anthropic, DeepSeek or OpenAI-compatible key and pay your provider directly. Assessment questions now default to DeepSeek through OpenRouter, about half a cent for 20 questions. Without a key, everything except AI suggestions keeps working.

Behind the scenes: daily and weekly backups with point-in-time recovery, a nightly check of every audit chain, uptime and error alerts, and Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms. And, as before, AI suggests; a person on your team decides.
